Our Cumbria office staff and foster carers got the silly season off to an early start this year on 9th December with an enjoyable Christmas lunch at the Quarter Lounge in Carlisle.
There is a real family atmosphere among our Cumbria foster carers and team and the Christmas dinner was a lovely opportunity for everyone to relax and spend time together (and not a shred of paperwork to do afterwards - bonus!!) 2017 is looking like it is going to be a busy time for the Carlisle office with a number of new foster carers currently going through the assessment process and expected to be on board ready for their first placements in January and February. There's still room for a few more foster families to join us, with a warm welcome guaranteed, and plenty of peer support available.
