FFC Director Granville Orange recently celebrated the 24th birthday of the first ever child to be placed with our agency, with whom we remain in close contact and continue to support.
Having made a very successful transition out of care into independent adult life, this young person now lives in their own accommodation close to our Worcester office, and is contributing to the quality of foster care provided to other children through involvement in our Skills to Foster training of applicant foster carers. We are all extremely proud and Granville was delighted to attend the 24th birthday celebrations.
Our message: "Although you no longer need us to provide foster care, you are still part of the FFC family, and we are all extremely proud of the wonderful young person you have become."
