Fostering in Kettering

Your Region Needs You!

500-foster-carers-needed

Around 500 new foster carers are needed in Kettering and the East Midlands this year.

Having enough foster carers from as many different walks of life as possible gives us the best chance of finding the right foster family for each child or children, first time. The foster care workforce needs to be as diverse as the children who come into care, and there is no such thing as the 'ideal foster carer'. If you can commit to caring for a child who is going through a difficult time, for as long as they need you, and you have a spare bedroom then there's a good chance you can become a foster carer.

Family Feel Fostering in Kettering

ffc-icon

Family Fostercare works with Northamptonshire local authority to find, train and support new foster carers to provide safe, sensitive foster care for children who, for one reason or another, cannot live with their families right now.

Family Fostercare believes in fostering with a family feel. That's why we keep our offices small, working with a maximum of 25 foster families at each office, so that we have the time to give every individual the care and support they need. As a foster agency one of our most important values is to make sure that every foster carer and young person we have the privilege of working with feels like one of the family.
