Family Fostercare's Finance Officer and resident dolphin Cliff Williams is swimming again this Sunday 2nd June to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Cliff did us proud last month in a 2.5km sponsored swim raising £145 for Marie Curie Cancer Care, and coming in in the top 5% of swimmers at 181st of 3200, and an impressive 14th overall in the 50-54 age group.
This time Cliff is swimming for Cancer Research UK in the Windsor Swim 1500km event on the River Thames by Windor's Alexandra Gardens. And if the organiser's website is anything to go by, it's going to be a pretty gruelling swim - entrants are being warned that the swims will not be cancelled if the temperature drops below 11 degrees.... Grrr... Good luck Cliff, and don't forget your wetsuit!
